ORIENTATION POLICY

Objective:

  • Enable new employees to settle in, understand the organization culture and become productive and efficient quickly.
  • Process:

  • HR shall be responsible for organizing the induction of any new recruit.
  • HR shall interact with the Reporting Manager before the new recruit joins and ensure that the required arrangements are made.
  • Guidelines:

  • Every employee should undergo a well-planned orientation period in the first month of his joining.
  • Every employee shall be briefed on the organization history, structure, product line, etc. in the first month of joining.
  • Reporting Manger should ensure that the employee has a proper workplace and the necessary resources to start work.
  • Every new recruit should get Online Induction to make him/her familiar of the company guidelines.

  • The objective of this policy is to provide protection against Sexual Harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of Sexual Harassment and matters connected therewith.
